Barratt Homes Trumps The Rest For Bedfordshire Sales Adviser

A Sales Adviser has returned to work for Barratt Homes after pursuing other opportunities, thanks to its unparalleled work ethic.

Sanjay Paul (38), from Islington, left the company in 2018 to seek new challenges elsewhere but has recently returned after realising what a fantastic employer Barratt Homes is to work for.

Sanjay has worked for multiple developments since starting his career with Barratt Homes in 2013, but is currently working at Barratt Homes’ Clipstone Park development in Leighton Buzzard.

Sanjay said, “I missed my role as a Sales Adviser in the time that I was away. It became apparent to me what a great company Barratt Homes is to work for and I’m really glad to be back on the team.

“The best thing about working for Barratt Homes is that if you put the effort in, they will reward you in return and I was welcomed back with open arms.Sanjay Paul - Sales adviser at Barrett Homes

“The management are fantastic at Barratt Homes. They care about your progression and that’s something I really value in all the years I have worked for them.”

When Sales Advisers are positioned at a Barratt Homes development, they are likely to stay at the development from when it firsts launch until the final house is sold.

Sanjay continued, “I wasn’t keen on the chopping and changing that often took place at other housebuilders. I feel secure at Barratt Homes and I find my role more rewarding when I can get to know a development and the people that live there.”

Sanjay also found that the level of care and attention to detail was above and beyond at Barratt Homes, something which greatly influenced his decision to return to the company.

Sanjay concluded, “It makes a huge difference when you’re proud of what you’re selling. It can be challenging to sell something when you don’t truly believe in the product yourself; I never have that problem at Barratt.”

Simon Francis, Managing Director at Barratt Homes North Thames, said, “We’re delighted to have Sanjay back on the team. He was a great asset to us and we felt a real loss when he left.

“We are continuously doing our best to support our sales team to make sure they feel valued and happy in their roles.”

There are currently a range of two, three and four bedroom homes at Clipstone Park, with prices starting from £323,000.
