Rachel Papper, Area Sales Manager for Catalyst comments, “The Car Club at Aspire gives residents a cost effective and flexible alternative to owning a car. It gives them access to shared vehicles on a pay as you drive basis and reduces all the hassles and costs of the up keep of a car, such as servicing, MOTs, insurance and parking. Members can book cars locally for just an hour, up to a whole weekend, or longer.
“Car Clubs have been growing in popularity over the past few years as they have been recognised as a realistic and economical alternative to private car ownership. There are also environmental benefits including improved air quality, reduced CO emissions through the use of cleaner vehicles and greater use of sustainable transport.”
