Incentives On New Homes Are Just What The Doctor Ordered For NHS Staff

Five star housebuilder David Wilson Homes East Midlands is offering NHS staff in Warwickshire exclusive incentives when purchasing a new home in the area.

Acting as a helpful boost up or onto the property ladder, the offers could be ‘just what the doctor ordered’ and mean staff members could benefit from a discount on a property from £5,000 to £15,000.

Incentives On New Homes Are Just What The Doctor Ordered For NHS StaffThe discounts are set to help a number of NHS staff in the area move into a dream two to five bedroom home.

John Reddington, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our hard working NHS staff in the county a special incentive on their homes.

“With large hospitals in the area and thousands of people working for the NHS, we hope that these incentives are able to give homebuyers the step on or up the property ladder they may need.”

A breakdown of the offers available to NHS staff is £5,000 worth of extras on the reservation of a two bedroom home, £10,000 on a three or four bedroom home and £15,000 on a five bedroom home.

The incentives are currently available on selected properties at the following developments: The Long Shoot in Nuneaton,  and Poets Meadow in Warwick.

Poets Meadow is close to Warwick Hospital, St Michael’s Hospital and Leamington Spa Hospital, whilst The Long Shoot is nearby University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire and George Eliot Hospital.
