Shakespeare Martineau advises on £5.7m housing scheme

 Platform Housing Group has completed on a £5.7million affordable housing scheme at Hunts Grove in Gloucester.
The 30-unit scheme will comprise of a mix of two and three-bedroom homes for shared ownership, as well as two-bedroom flats for rent to buy.
Led by Joanna Deffley, a partner in the firm’s real estate team and West Midlands regional head, Shakespeare Martineau advised Platform Housing Group on all legal aspects of the deal. The Hunts Grove site is the second completion that the firm has worked on with the Midlands-based housing association, following a 50-unit deal at Burleyfields, in Stafford, earlier this year.
